| | Target group: Primary age pupils - Key Stage 2

| | | | | Purpose:
To enable pupils to learn some of the principles of construction and to put them into practice using K誰EX construction kits supplied. |

| | | | The day is divided into two half-day sessions:
- Morning: demonstration and hands-on experience of materials and construction principles by a Science and Engineering Ambassador.
- Afternoon: pupils work in pairs or small groups for two hours on a specific task, using K誰EX construction kits.
Structures are judged at the end of the day, and the most successful may be entered for the annual K誰EX national competition.
K誰EX kits are provided by K誰EX/Setpoint.
